Our partner Sportograf will follow you during the entire race and capture your performance on camera by using face recognition technology. You receive a digital photo package after the event as a souvenir of your HYROX Race! We recommend that both athletes of the team select the photo package so that each has full access to their own race pictures. HYROX is the global fitness race for everybody, where each event follows the exact same race format, allowing for a comparable global leaderboard for all athletes. The race format starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. An event booking form is available on our website, which can be used for the electronic booking of events and event photography. If you use this option, the data and contact information, including your registration number and the name and telephone number of an emergency contact, entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us. In addition, you can optionally indicate how you heard about us and whether you are a member of a fitness studio or a partner studio.

The data will only be used to process the booking and carrying out events, i.e. the processing of the personal data from the input screen is used solely to process the booking, process the payment, carry out the event, compile statistics (see below under (2)) on the event and for event photography (see below under (3)). When you make a booking, you will receive important information about the event you have booked via a distribution list by email. 

If you no longer wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by clicking on “Unsubscribe” in the respective newsletter or by sending an email to support.india@hyrox.com 

The data will be deleted by us as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input screen of the event booking form and those sent by email, this is the case when the respective event that the customer has booked has ended.

To evaluate the event and present the results, we collect your contact information data as well as the split and finish times in the race.

We process your data jointly with HYROX World GmbH in order to display the race results and provide an overview of the participants’ performances. In addition, we have a legitimate interest in tracking the participants’ results and making them comparable. The publication of this data on the website is subject to your consent. If you do not consent to this publication, your data will be published in pseudonymized form. Our legitimate interest in publishing pseudonymized data is to ensure that the results of all participants can be compared.

We offer event photography. In the case of an event booking together with event photography, your personal data will be processed to fulfill the contract with you or based on your prior consent, in which case you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to support.india@hyrox.com  with effect for the future.

We process your personal data for the marketing of current and future events to customers.
